Author of the VAMPIRES SUCK! series, the TCM Classic Film Festival, San Diego Comic-Con and the Cannes Film Festival are Steven's favorite events to cover. Whether it's Dracula, Lestat de Lioncourt, Eli or David Powers, Steven is obsessed with creatures of the night. And he's seen Tom Holland's Fright Night more times than most Star Wars fans have watched The Empire Strikes Back.

Graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in mass communications focusing on film studies, journalism and theatre. Steven then received his MFA in creative writing, and he was dubbed a prolific writer by Hollywood icon Kenneth Johnson (The Incredible Hulk, V, The Bionic Woman, Alien Nation).

Steven's favorites include: Star Wars, DC, Star Trek, Marvel, A Nightmare on Elm Street, Interview with the Vampire, Godzilla, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Family Guy, Halloween, Seinfeld, Arrested Development, Friday the 13th, any of Alfred Hitchcock's films and all the wonderfully unforgettable gimmick-enhanced motion pictures made by the late William Castle.
